Trying to study physics or chemistry with a racing mind is like writing on a crowded blackboard. Meditation is simply the tool we use to clean the board. Dedicating just 20 to 30 minutes a day to sitting quietly and focusing on your breath completely changes how you absorb data. It lowers subconscious exam anxiety, lengthens your attention span, and makes complex, foreign concepts significantly easier to grasp on the first read.

4. Challenge Yourself: Gamify the Syllabus

Stop reading passively. Treat your preparation like a ladder system.
